Custom orders

  • · Custom name pieces are prepared in 2 to 3 days.

  • · A 30% advance is required before production begins.

  • · The balance is paid on delivery.

  • · Engraved and personalised pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns & exchanges

  • · Unworn, non custom pieces can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • · Share an unboxing video for any damaged or incorrect item.

  • · Return shipping is covered by us when the fault is ours.

Care

  • · All pieces are 316L stainless steel: water proof, sweat proof and anti tarnish.

  • · Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wear to keep the shine.

  • · Avoid perfume sprayed directly onto the metal.

  • · Store in your Jeweluxe box away from direct sunlight.
