Custom orders

· Custom name pieces are prepared in 2 to 3 days.

· A 30% advance is required before production begins.

· The balance is paid on delivery.

· Engraved and personalised pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns & exchanges

· Unworn, non custom pieces can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

· Share an unboxing video for any damaged or incorrect item.

· Return shipping is covered by us when the fault is ours.

· Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wear to keep the shine.
